Anika

Anika is a freshman at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She has been involved with UNICEF USA for two years as a Youth Representative, and this is her first year serving as a member of the National Youth Council. Her main interests involve the intersection of business and the nonprofit sector, and she is eager to use her experiences from the National Youth Council to further her advocacy. Beyond this, she has been an active advocate for children’s rights, particularly pertaining to Michigan’s legislation regarding child marriage, and has also worked on a social media campaign to raise awareness for mental health. Outside of UNICEF USA, Anika is a classically trained dancer and singer.
