Razvan

Razvan is based in Virginia, and the son of two Romanian immigrants. He serves as the 2024-2025 student representative to his city’s school board and founded his school’s UNICEF club to raise awareness for children’s rights and create a committed volunteering community within our school. He is especially eager to represent youth voices and perspectives both at the local and state levels, ensuring that youth are properly represented in government. In addition, he is also a passionate student-researcher in the field of Geosciences and has an intense enthusiasm for improving the world through STEM. In his free time, he loves to debate for his school’s team, where he currently serves as the captain of the Public Forum debate. Outside of UNICEF, he also enjoys reading, hiking, swimming, playing tennis, and coding!
