ED SHAPIRO

For nearly 20 years, Ed Shapiro was a Managing Partner at PAR Capital Management, a Boston-based investment management firm. At the end of 2016, Ed retired from PAR in order to devote his attention to his family's philanthropic activities and work on global refugee causes. Ed serves on the boards of The International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), RefugePoint and Social Finance, as well as the Finance Committees for Boston Children’s Hospital and The Rashi School. He also serves on the board of United Airlines. Ed lives in Needham, MA with his wife Barbara and adult children Joshua and Samantha.
