J. Stephen Eaton is co-founder and Managing Director of EDG Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on the lower middle market healthcare sector. His background in a variety of healthcare settings has allowed him to successfully identify specific healthcare market sectors for targeted investment. He has served on the Boards of Directors of LaVie Healthcare, Housecall Medical, Regency Healthcare, and Navigator Healthcare Solutions. Mr. Eaton currently serves as a Director of Medforum Healthcare Solutions and Millennial Medical Information Systems. Mr. Eaton has also been active in not-for-profit healthcare having served on the Board of Emory Healthcare in Atlanta and as past Chair of Saint Joseph’s Health System and Emory Saint Joseph’s, Inc. He was also Chair at Mercy Care Services, a community based provider of mobile and fixed site clinical services to underserved populations. Mr. Eaton has also served as a Board member of UNICEF USA Southeast, Project Open Hand and as Chair of the GAC Foundation.
