We know that that Americans care deeply about conditions for children around the world - they Believe in Zero. For one great example, this week's featured video comes from the International Rescue Committee, who joins the U.S. Fund in believing that failure to ratify this Convention keeps our Government from exerting the strongest possible leadership internationally to save and protect vulnerable children. The IRC has launched a petition urging President Obama to move forward with U.S. ratification of the CRC.
