Yemen's civil war has left more than 11 million children in need of humanitarian assistance. UNICEF is on the ground, working with partners to provide protection, nutrition, clean water, sanitation, education and medical care.

UNICEF relies on donor support to identify and treat severely malnourished children and provide other assistance to their families.

Thousands of children have been separated from their parents since civil war broke out in South Sudan in December 2013. Locating missing family members is a major challenge in a country where 4 million people have been displaced.
