Sreeja
Sreeja is a current double major, studying international economics and global health at the University of St Thomas. To pursue a J.D. and Doctorate with a focus on Human Rights. Outside of school, she is an avid advocate for women's and children’s rights, specifically focusing her efforts on marginalized communities and caste-based issues in India. Outside of UNICEF, she works on journalism work centered around human rights violations, spending time in nature with her dog, or trying out some new food spots! Through her role in UNICEF, she hopes to be able to continue to advocate for those who have been stripped of their voice and to create a nurturing environment for children to thrive in. Focusing efforts on advancing the fight for equitable education for all, healthcare access, and support for those affected by war and political/climate-related displacement.
